  • An excellent app for tracking eating and hunger patterns. I encountered a bug, and was able to have it resolved rapidly. Would strongly recommend!

  • Versatile and nonjudgmental - this app lets me enter what I ate with or without calories. It doesn't have a database of food, but I can look things up. Anyway, the point is to eat mindfully, and to gain a trusting relationship with my body. This will also export to excel, which is a bonus if I need to prove anything to my doctor.

  • I really appreciate the simple UI and the focus around hunger and intuitive eating. I've been logging food in different intensities for well over a decade now, and this app has become my new favorite. Thanks!

  • So far this aligns with everything I know about IE. I have lost 125 lbs doing IE on my own and wanted an app to help me learn even more about what my body needs. Easy to use and interpret. Asks the right questions.

  • Ended up uninstalling it for a few reasons: I think the UI could be better, it often feels too cramped and lacking. I should be able to go back to previous days and add more food, to be able to change the day we are logging, not just the time. There should be a database/library that it pulls meals from other options people have put in when we begin typing our own or something similar. Adding calorie amount, food category, drink type, option to put in meal or individual items, etc.

  • Nice app. Very useful once you read the 'How to' and get your head round it. One thing I can figure out is why I can't see the 'Mindfulness' pie chart under trends. I use to see it on a previously installed version. I also don't understand how that's calculated.

  • I downloaded this app because I started doing the book, Intuitive Eating, and this app went right in hand with what the authors recommend doing. keeping track of how I am feeling when I eat: was I hungry? slightly hungry? neutral? etc. And how am I feeling once I finish: not hungry? satisfied? full? very full? It is a very helpful app and I appreciate it very much

  • I couldn't add any additional information about the food, only give it a name and track how hungry I was. How was that supposed to tell me anything about my eating habits?

  • I've been trying to eat more intuitively for a while now, and this app is exactly what I was looking for. Logging my meals on my phone is more convenient than pen and paper, but I was trying to use a calorie counting app and just ignore the calorie numbers. If you've ever been on a diet, you can probably guess how that went. This app is geared towards IE (hence the name), so it has no mention of calories, and it prompts you to check in with your body before and after meals. I love it so far!

  • Very good! Simple food log (no calorie tracking) with optional picture. Primarily to track hunger cues, in response to meals. Reminds you a bit after a meal, to rate current hunger. Developer is very responsive to suggestions!
